Subdivision & Land Development

 

We ask that if you are planning on submitting a Subdivision & Land Development plan for review to Martic Township, that you also forward a digital copy to the Township.

IMPORTANT DEADLINE NOTICE!

​​

The deadline for the initial review by Martic's Planning Commission is the 4th Thursday of the month by 12:00 PM, unless a change for the month is indicated on the monthly calendar.  ANY subsequent reviews a minimum of 2 weeks before the next meeting, whether it is another PC meeting or the Supervisor's meeting.  If in doubt, please call the Township office. 

The US mail to the township is always AFTER 12:00 PM, therefore if sending via USPS mail, plan accordingly.
